Genoa’s Lindsey Brown completed a breakout junior campaign by finishing as the Division III state runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles at the Jesse Owens OHSAA State Track & Field Championships June 5-6.

Olivia Cherry ran the second-fastest time in the entire state across all divisions in the 800-meter race at the Jesse Owens OHSAA State Track & Field Championships June 5-6, but she had the unfortunate luck of competing against the only person who had the better time.

The Oak Harbor and Clay boys tennis teams finished runner-up at their respective conference championship events.
