Jerusalem Township, in partnership with the Reno Beach Howard Farms Conservancy District, received an Ohio Lake Erie Commission grant for $83,200 to establish a framework for risk assessment of the comprehensive water control system along Lake Erie.
Jerusalem Township plans to demolish a hazardous property at 11741 Corduroy Road after getting a grant from the Lucas County Land Bank, which awards grant funds to help communities promote revitalization.

Jerusalem Township received a $57,000 grant to develop wetlands at the John T. Kennedy Memorial Park, adjacent to the township fire department complex off State Rte. 2.
Northwood expects to take bids this year to build a new community center where the former Woodville Mall was located.
Five acres of the 120 acre site, off Woodville Road, will be dedicated to the construction of the new center.
