Here is the results of the second week of the boys soccer season. This is for matches played through Aug. 25. Information is gathered via MaxPreps, coach email submissions and team social media accounts. A lack of individual stats listed means none of those sources provided that information.
The Oak Harbor boys soccer team went 1-2 over the past week.
The team was shut out by Edison on Aug. 21, but responded with a 6-1 win on the road over Otsego. They fell to Wauseon on the road Monday night.

The Rockets (2-2) will host Eastwood on Wednesday in their lone match of the week.
The Lake boys soccer team posted a 3-0 win over Van Buren on the road in their lone matchup of the week.

The Flyers (2-1) travel to Genoa on Wednesday before concluding the week at home against Defiance on Saturday.
The Genoa boys soccer team dropped a pair of matches this past week, including a tough 3-2 heartbreaker on the road against Eastwood in their conference opener Aug. 20.
After the Eagles took a 1-0 lead against Eastwood, Jayden Kutchenriter scored the equalizer to send the game into the half tied at one. He then gave the Comets a 2-1 lead early in the second half on an assist from Gavin Goodman. The Eagles, however, scored with 36 and 20 minutes remaining.
The Comets (1-2), who also lost to Wauseon on Aug. 23, host Lake on Wednesday and Van Buren on Saturday.
The Woodmore boys soccer team picked up the program’s first win since 2022.
After taking the past two seasons off and falling in their season opener to Riverdale on Aug. 16, Woodmore took down Clyde on the road, 2-0, on Aug. 21 to produce Peyton Sorg’s first win as a head coach.

The Wildcats (1-1) are slated to travel to Van Buren on Thursday in their lone game of the week.
The Clay boys soccer team split a pair of matches this past week against Southview and Ottawa Hills.
Clay opened the week with a 2-1 loss at Southview on Aug. 19 before closing it with a 2-1 win over Ottawa Hills.

The Eagles (1-2) are slated to host Napoleon on Tuesday and Eastwood on Saturday.
The Eastwood boys soccer team won a pair of games over Genoa and Old Fort this past week.
Eastwood opened the week with a 3-2 win over Genoa in which they came back from a 2-1 deficit early in the second half to pick up a big conference win. They concluded the week with an 8-1 win over Old Fort on Aug. 22.

The Eagles (2-1) will be back in action Wednesday at Oak Harbor before traveling to Clay on Saturday.
The Northwood boys soccer team dropped a pair of matches to Edison and Port Clinton to open the past week but responded with a 7-2 victory over Sandusky on Monday.
Hunter Hagemann produced his team’s lone goal against Edison, while Caiden Genson did the same against Port Clinton.
In the win over Sandusky, five different players scored, including two goals apiece from Hagemann and Danny Genzman. Also scoring were CJ Carrizales, Mason Hurley, and Genson.
The Rangers (1-3) are back in action Wednesday at Vermilion.
