The Prince of Peace Lutheran Church located at 4155 Pickle Rd. in Oregon hosted an open house on Sept. 21.
The goal of the free event was to celebrate the completion of the church’s new family education center, which is described as a welcoming space designed to support learning, fellowship, and family-focus ministry.
“We were excited to open our doors and share this new chapter in the life of our church with our neighbors and friends,” Pastor John Genzler said. “Our family education center represents our commitment to nurturing faith, building relationships, and serving our community.”
Visitors had the opportunity to tour the new facility, meet members of the congregation, and learn more about the programs and outreach opportunities offered by the church.
