Oregon city officials have announced the closure of Wynn Road between Navarre Avenue and Seaman Road from Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 25 to all through traffic.
The road closure is necessary to permit Hank's Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. to install a new waterline under the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks. The full closure will be located at Wynn Road and Starr Avenue/Starr Extension.
The assigned detour route for all vehicles shall be: Navarre Avenue, North Curtice Road, Cedar Point Road. Road closure and detour signage will be provided by the contractor.
This work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. on July 25.
This special traffic regulation is approved as an emergency and temporary measure by authority of the Oregon Municipal Code.
