Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 26, Eastmoreland Drive North will be closed to through traffic between Coy and S. Edward, including the intersection of Eastmoreland Drive North and S. Edward. This closure will remain in effect through Friday, Sept. 26.
The closure is necessary to allow Ebony Construction Co. to remove and replace the existing roadway along Eastmoreland Drive North and at the intersection with S. Edward. The work zone will be closed to all traffic during work hours for the duration of the project.
On-street parking will be prohibited throughout the project unless otherwise directed. No local detour will be posted.
The closure of this section of the above roadway and intersection is expected to be open to through vehicular traffic by 5 p.m. on Sept. 26.
