Olivia Y. Vasquez- Jakubowski Of Greenville South Carolina, formerly of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly January 9, 2026 in her home. Olivia was born July 29, 1971 in Toledo Ohio. She was a manager for Walgreens and a graduate of Owens Community College.
She is survived by her children, Zachary, Jacob, Joshua, Lexi and Lukas. Olivia has two grandchildren, Alaia and Aurora Ciotti. Also her mother, CheriLea Pfitzer and her sister, Celena Charles survive her.
Olivia is preceded in death by her father, Cresencio {Jerry} Vasquez Jr., grandparents, Cresencio and Juanita Vasquez, Marlene Shook and Edward Shook.
There will be a Celebration of Life held in her honor on September 12, 2026 from 11am to 5pm at Wildwood Metro Park on Central Ave, Toledo Ohio.
