Cleo and Betty Rau, of Millbury, celebrated 80 years of marriage on April 21.
Their journey began in 1945 when the pair were teenagers, and over eight decades, their love, commitment and faith has been a shining example to their family and those who know them.
The couple has been blessed with a legacy of love that continues to grow – together they have three children, six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Their journey of faith took a profound turn in 1953 when they were baptized at Open Bible Church. Since then, they have dedicated their lives to service, most notably through their work in Elder Ministry and a life-changing mission trip to Haiti, where they shared God’s love and hope.
In celebration of this extraordinary milestone, the couple’s family has made a heartfelt donation to Calvary Church in Cleo and Betty’s honor.
