With league races wrapped up, area teams are now set on postseason play, which begins Oct. 16.
In Division II play, No. 6 Clay will face No. 2 Anthony Wayne in a sectional final Oct. 16 with the winner advancing to face No. 5 Ashland in a district semifinal Oct. 22. The championship is slated for Oct. 25.
In Division IV, the eight-team Northwest District 1 bracket will see top-seeded Lake face No. 7 Genoa on Oct. 16. The winner advances to the district semifinal against either No. 2 Delta or No. 8 Rossford on Oct. 21. The championship is slated for Oct. 25.
In Division IV, the eight-team Northwest District 3 bracket will see No. 3 Eastwood open against No. 5 Swanton in a sectional championship on Oct. 16. Meanwhile, No. 4 Oak Harbor is set to face No. 6 Otsego in another sectional championship on the same day, and the winner of those two matches will meet Oct. 21 in a district semifinal. The championship is slated for Oct. 25.
In Division V play, No. 8 Woodmore is set to face No. 1 Ottawa Hills on Oct. 18 in a sectional championship. The winner will face either No. 2 Toledo Christian or No. 3 Mansfield Christian in the district semifinal on Oct. 21. The championship is Oct. 25.
Also in Division V play, No. 5 Northwood will face No. 7 Huron in a sectional championship on Oct. 18. The winner advances to the district semifinal against either No. 4 Old Fort or No. 6 Ashland Crestview with the championship slated for Oct. 23.
