Christy’s Corner Café, founded in 2019, was established in memory of Christine “Christy” Bosch by her older sister Kathy Barbee. It is located at 368 Rice St. in Elmore.
Christy was born with Down syndrome, and despite her disability, she was able to live life to the fullest. Her story was the inspiration for the Engaging Opportunities Foundation (EOF). EOF strives to provide work opportunities for teens and adults with developmental disabilities.
