Penta honors class of 2024; 51 seniors recognized as outstanding
The 59th senior class at Penta Career Center was honored May 14-16 during Senior Recognition ceremonies on the school campus.
Nine hundred thirty-eight seniors from Penta’s on campus career-technical programs, as well as its satellite Marketing Education, Business, Phlebotomy, Teaching Professions, Industrial Maintenance and Career-Based Intervention programs received Career Passports. Each Career Passport contained a certificate of completion signed by the student’s instructor, supervisor, high school director and superintendent. The Career Passports also included a list of the student’s courses and outcomes; a personal data sheet, and other documents listing the student’s accomplishments. Penta Outstanding Student awards were presented to 51 seniors based on performance and excellence in their individual career-technical program.

Eastwood: Jadyn Lubash, Marketing Education and Reese Stewart, Medical Technologies.
Genoa: Braden Jeffers, Construction Electricity.
Lake: Csaba Csanyi, Construction Masonry; Madalyn Espinosa, Culinary Arts; Kayleigh Fox, Welding; Vani Patel, Dental Assistant and Jonathan Sparks, Culinary & Hospitality Services.
Northwood: Vanessa Brandeberry, Small Animal Care; Garrett Hill, Precision Machining; Maricela Penaflor, Medical Office Management and Gracelyn Weiss, Business.
Oak Harbor: Leila Balduf, Marketing Education.
Penta Career Center is a career-technical high school for sophomores, juniors and seniors serving the following school districts: Anthony Wayne, Benton-Carroll-Salem, Bowling Green, Eastwood, Elmwood, Genoa, Lake, Maumee, North Baltimore, Northwood, Otsego, Perrysburg, Rossford, Springfield, Swanton and Woodmore.
