Radiant Windows & Remodeling in Oak Harbor marked its 20th anniversary Oct. 15 with a ribbon-cutting for a new warehouse at 712 N. Locust St.
Mike Shadoan, owner, said his company will be utilizing 8,000 square feet of the total 12,000-square-foot building and will lease or sell the remaining 4,000 square feet to other businesses.
“For our side of the building we’re going to add in a cafeteria area, a meeting room and maybe even a workout facility for our team,” he said. “This building was designed to be 12 individual bays so things can evolve over time.”
Shawna Shadoan, the company’s chief financial officer, said the business started in their home before moving to the former Gordon Lumber building located along the riverfront.
“Now fast forward 20 years, we’re doing a ribbon cutting to celebrate our brand new warehouse. We are very excited to continue to grow and serve our community.”
