Margaret A. "Penny" Donley

Margaret A. “Penny” Donley, 81, of Genoa, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo surrounded by her family. 

She was born to Dr. Edward and Margaret (Kropp) Schuiteman on December 25, 1942 in Toledo, OH. She was employed by Bell Telophone Co. in Genoa and also St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, OH as a statistician. Her hobbies included sewing, quilting, baking and spending time with her family.

She married the love of her life Duane “Dewey” Donley, in 1961, until his death in 2009. She is survived by her daughters; Jodi Stone and Julie Krieger, grandchildren; Kurt (Mary) Stone, Rachael Stone, Kelsey (Garret) Scott, Derek Krieger (Kathryn Staas) and Carrigan Krieger, great-grandchildren; Liam and Isla Phillips, Rylan (Dewey) Stone and her loving dog; Maggee Mae. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty (Hemminger) Irwin her biological mother and son; Jeffery Donley.

Private gathering for immediate family only will take place at a later date.
