Whether to be weak or strong is your decision

Weak people are experts on all of the things they can’t do. Strong people are adept at figuring out how to get things done. Weakness, or strength is determined by your mindset, not your abilities. You will only be able to achieve those goals you believe are attainable.
It’s your decision whether to be weak or strong. Strong people are solution oriented, while weak people are adept at making excuses. In order to be strong, start with a commitment to take responsibility for your life. Make a vow to eliminate any and all excuses. Below are the components of strength.
Don’t wallow in the past, leave it behind. Purge any regrets of what you could have done, would have done, or should have done. Learn what worked, and what didn’t. Live in the present. Look forward to the future. Prepare today for what you want tomorrow.
Replace worry with action. Let go of any situations outside of your control so you can focus all of your efforts on circumstances you can influence. All accomplishments are the result of action. Adjust your actions if needed, to achieve your desired results.
Leave your comfort zone, don’t become complacent. Strength is derived from venturing into the unknown. Fear is fed by remaining where you are. Growth is dependent on new experiences. You are capable of doing more than you realize.
Embrace change. Change is the only constant in life. Change prevents stagnation. You change. Your world changes. Look for the positive aspects of change. Seek out new opportunities which present themselves. Use change to your advantage.
Keep an open mind. There is always more to learn. There is always room for improvement. You learn by listening. You never know where good ideas originate. Always be on the lookout for a better strategy.
Make you own decisions based on all of the information you have at the time. You are the best person to decide what is in your interest. Correct a bad decision by making a better one. As you gain experience and knowledge you will make better decisions.
Don’t compare yourself to others. Don’t judge others. Each person travels their own unique path. Your happiness and satisfaction are not linked to how other people are living, or what they have. Evaluate yourself based on where you are now relative to where you want to be.
Be success oriented. Success is based on the specific goals you desire. Be willing to devote the required effort to attain your objective. Challenges, problems, and obstacles are normal elements on your success journey. The solutions you need always exist.
Identify and utilize all of your strengths. You have more of them than you realize. Use what you do have instead of fretting about what you feel may be lacking. Just one strength is all that is needed for amazing accomplishments.
Think before acting or speaking. Will what you are about to do or say improve your life, or detract from it? Avoid anything which will make circumstances worse. Make decisions which move you forward.
Never, ever, give up. Failure only occurs when you give up. As a strong person, failure is never an option. Always get back up whenever you stumble or fall. Success is achieved by getting up one more time than you fall.
You can be strong. People are constantly amazed by how much strength they have. Even if you have had a lifetime of weakness, you can decide right now to be strong. If you are determined, the change will be instantaneous.
