The contributions came from Guardian of Wildlife, the Park’s 501(c)(3) organization that exists to promote and support wildlife conservation and has donated more than $26,000 to nonprofit organizations around the world since 2016. Donations to Guardians of Wildlife can be made at africansafariwildlifepark.com/donate.
“The park has a long history of supporting conservation projects locally and globally, but these contributions are especially meaningful to us because they were selected by our team members and represent causes near and dear to our hearts,” said Kelsey Keller, the park’s director. “We invite our community to join us in celebrating Earth Day by donating to one of these wonderful organizations!”
