The Black Swamp Ice Frogs are hosting the Hockey in The Swamp Special Needs Hockey Tournament on Saturday March 14 and Sunday March 15 at the Slater Family Ice Arena on the campus of Bowling Green State University. This is the first tournament of this kind in Bowling Green.

At the state gymnastics meet, Clay senior Maddy Gladieux placed in a tie for 19th in the vault with a score of 9.3, in a tie for 26th in the floor exercise (8.975), 31st in the balance beam (8.6), 34th in the uneven parallel bars (8.125), and 25th overall (35 accumulated points).

Toledo Walleye forward Josh Kestner has been named Inglasco East Coast Hockey League Player of the Week for the week of February 24 through March 1. Kestner also won the award this year from December 30 through January 5.
