Bay Pointe luxury apartments will open next phase in February
Redwood Management is pre-leasing the next phase of its Bay Pointe Luxury Apartments located at 4744 Navarre, adjacent to Little Sisters of the Poor and across from Pearson Park.

The latest phase consists of 34 ground-level apartment-homes featuring 1,360 square feet of living space and is expected to be completed February 1, according to Jeff Ondo, vice-president of operations.

The development currently contains 110 units.

The ranch apartments feature two bedrooms, two baths and a one or two-car attached garage. Available amenities include electric fireplace, patio, central air, high-speed internet access and pre-wired cable in each room. They are wheel-chair accessible.

Services available are snow removal, lawn care and on-site management.

Pets are welcome.

Redwood Management builds single-floor living spaces for those with special needs, those who no longer wish to care for a home or those who prefer apartment living, but don’t want people living above or below them.

A model is available. Call 419-304-5832 or visit redwoodmanagement.net.

Rent for the new units is $985 per month.

Redwood is based in Beechwood, Ohio a Cleveland suburb.

Print shop moves home
The moribund economy has claimed another victim. Denise Allan, co-owner of Oregon Printing and Office Supply, said she is closing her store in the Country Squire Shopping Center located on Navarre in Oregon.

Allan said she and her husband, Ken, will continue to service customers from their Jerusalem Township home.

Allan said the move from the storefront they have occupied for 15 years was the result of customers cutting back on orders because of the recession.

She will continue to offer offset printing for businesses including business forms, letterheads, raffle tickets etc.

The phone number will stay the same—419-691-8445
