Center to break ground on $1.5 million expansion
The Piping Industry Training Center in Northwood will break ground Monday, April 27, 10:00 am on its $1.5 million expansion.
The 15,000 square-foot addition will provide added classroom space, indoor industrial rigging areas, a hydronic heating area, a three-story plumbing module and a pipe layout area.

Those expected to attend the groundbreaking ceremonies include U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, U.S. Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur, Ohio Senator Teresa Fedor, Northwood Mayor Mark Stoner and Tom Blaha, exective director of the Wood County Economic Development Commission.
