• William Edward Nopper, 4904 Ridgedale, Toledo, 180 days Correction Center of Northwest Ohio (CCNO), 174 days suspended, license suspended for one year, $946 court costs and fines, driving while under the influence.

• Ramona M. Anderson, 3167 Navarre Ave., Oregon, 30 days CCNO, 27 days suspended, license suspended for one year, $346 court costs and fines, willful or wanton operation.

Lake Twp. – Brian W. Freimark, 28, Oak Harbor, was charged Oct. 12 with violating a protection order at the Super 8 Motel.

-A resident of Cramer Street on Oct. 13 reported someone obtained her credit card information and made an unauthorized purchase.

-A 17-year-old male was charged Oct.13 with theft after taking cash from an acquaintance.

-A hand gun and shot gun were reported stolen Oct. 12 from a building on Woodlake Boulevard.

Lake Twp. – About 90 gallons of diesel fuel were reported siphoned Oct. 4 from a truck parked at the Travel Centers of America, Libbey Road.  Value $364.50.

-The Flying J Truckstop on Oct. 4 reported someone left without paying for $682.26 worth of diesel fuel.
