Break-ins reported

Six vehicles were reportedly broken into July 26 along Walbridge and Bradner roads in Lake Township.

According to police, electronic equipment, including amplifiers, computer accessories, music playing devices, and global positioning systems were reported stolen.

Four of the vehicles were parked at residences along the 4000 block of Walbridge Road and two were on Bradner.

There was damage to some of the vehicles.

Police said a resident of the 4000 block of Walbridge awoke around 1 a.m. when she heard a noise. She reported seeing a person she described as “short and skinny” outside her residence.

Lake Twp. – John J. Deleon, 44, Martin, was charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated after police stopped him for a traffic violation.
• Vandals caused about $500 in damage July 15 driving through a soybean field along the 3000 block of Walbridge Road.
• A construction company in the 5000 block of Woodville Road July 19 reported the theft of $14,000 worth of power tools.
