Lake Twp. – Michelle L. Thanner, 42, Minnesota, was charged March 22 with theft after allegedly trying to steal merchandise from the Travel Centers of America service station.
• A resident of Lakeview Drive on March 22 reported an identity theft by an acquaintance who opened a Toledo Edison account.

• A Craftsman wrench set was reported stolen from vehicle March 20 by a Plumey Road resident.

• Sergio R. Salazar, 21, Texas, was charged March 20 with obstructing official business.

OREGON – Someone broke into O’Brien’s, 6514 Navarre Avenue, on March 12 and took a battery, saw and power cord.
• Someone entered an apartment in the 2700 block of Pickle Road and stole cash from a metal box on Feb. 24.

• A boy’s bike was stolen from a garage in the 1000 block of S. Wheeling St. on March 3.

• Someone entered a locked vehicle in an unknown manner in the 3000 block of Navarre Avenue on Feb. 1 and took coats, stereo and ammunition.

• Someone broke into a vehicle in an unknown manner and took a radio, remote for plow.

• Someone took money, credit cards, driver’s license, and prescriptions from an unlocked vehicle in the 5500 block of Pickle Road on Jan. 31.

• Someone broke a window to a building in the 1900 block of N. Stadium Road on Jan. 28 and took cigarettes and beer.

• Personal papers, a camera and clothing were stolen from an unlocked car in the 2500 block of Navarre Avenue in January.
