• Bryant. M. Bowsher, 20, Millbury, was charged with aggravated menacing Sept. 23 after allegedly sending a threatening text message.

• A 13-year-old male was charged Sept. 25 with domestic violence after allegedly assaulting his mother at a Moline-Martine Road residence.

• An acquaintance of a Neil Ave. resident is suspected of forging and cashing a check of the resident.

Lake Twp. – Michael Martinez, 27, Toledo, was arrested on an outstanding warrant Sept. 16 for receiving stolen property. Police said he turned himself in.

• A resident of Southpointe Place on Sept. 15 reported her Chevy Impala had been scratched.

• The Fuel Mart service station Sept. 12 reported damage to a fuel pump.

• A warrant has been issued for Robert Stetler, II, 43, Sylvania. Police said he may have caused damage to a vehicle and lawn lights at a Greystone ….residence.

• A 1998 Chevy pick-up truck reported stolen Sept. 17 from a Walbridge Road residence was recovered the next day in East Toledo.

• Brandi Brastain, 27, was charged with falsification and Ryan Gayle, 50, was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop Sept. 20 near Latcha Road.

• Tools and cash were reported stolen Sept 18 from a garage at an Owen Road residence.

• Ashley Miller, 21, Millbury, was charged Sept. 18 with domestic violence after an incident at the Millbury Firemen’s Hall.
