OREGON – A bike was stolen from an unlocked garage in the 2700 block of Arthur St. on Nov. 14.

• A bike was stolen from a garage in the 2700 block of Eastmoreland Dr. on Nov. 13.

• Someone took a truck and trailer containing numerous tools from a parking lot in the 3100 block of Dustin Rd. on Nov. 15.

• Two air conditioners were stolen after someone forced open a window and entered a residence in the 6600 block of Brown Road.

• Someone stole an IPOD Touch from pants in a locker in the 3200 block of Pickle Road on Nov. 14.

TOLEDO – Four men were arrested for the murders and felonious assaults that occurred at 339 E. Weber on Nov. 7 and at 121 Ravine Park Village on Nov. 10. Arrested were Reynard A. Lewis, Darrick E. Newsome, Kurt J. Finley, and Samojay M. Edwards. Warrants were also issued for Quandre Willingham for aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and felonious assault. Lewis, Newsome and Findlay were arrested for the murders at both Weber Street and Ravine Park Village. Edwards and Willingham are being charged with the murders at Ravine Park Village.
