Lake Twp. – Police charged Dennis H. Hairabedian, 56, Toledo, with menacing May 4 after a disturbance at a residence in the 30000 block of Tracy Road.

• Chris R. Mendieta, 51, Millbury, was charged May 4 with telephone harassment.

• Derrick E. Foster, 29, Fostoria, was charged May 7 with abduction and domestic violence. Police said he refused to allow his common-law spouse to leave his vehicle.

• Lowell L. Wells, 44, Toledo, was charged May 7 with abduction and domestic violence after police received a report of a women being dragged from a Latcha Road business.

• A 16-year-old female was charged with domestic violence May 7 after a disturbance at a residence in the 3000 block of Lakepointe Drive.

• The owner of a vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Clock Tower Drive May 4 reported damage to the pin striping.

• A gas card, CDs, digital camera, and GPS unit were reported stolen May from a vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Walbridge Road.
