Lake Twp. – Police have charged John Richardson, 27, with burglary after he reportedly broke into two apartments on April 28 and 29. The residents reported the theft of laptop computers, cell phones, and a flat screen TV. According to police, he was living in the same apartment complex on Moline-Martin Road of the units that were burglarized.

• Kevin Smart, 30, Toledo, was charged April 29 with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop.

• A resident of the 2400 block of Moline-Martin Road on May 1 reported the theft of three pieces of angle iron.

• Six truck tires were reported stolen April 30 by the management of Travel Centers of America.

• Emily Martinez, 27, Green Springs, O., was charged May 1 with having an open container in her vehicle after a traffic stop near the intersection of State Route 51 and Bradner Road.

• Michelle Booth, 32, Northwood, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business April 30 after a disturbance at the Eastpointe on the Mall subdivision.
