OREGON – A laptop computer was stolen from a home through an unlocked door in the 2600 block of Northvale Dr. on March 4.
• An elderly person sent over $10,000 Western Union to unknown suspects on March 3.
• Someone received a phone call from an unknown suspect who claimed to be his nephew on March 1.
• Diamond earrings and $3,000 were stolen from a window sill of a house in the 2500 block of Taft Ave.
• A TV, DVDs, a watch and rings were stolen from a home in the 2200 block of Starr Ave. on March 6.
• A locked 2000 Chevy Impala was stolen on Feb. 27, and later recovered in Toledo.
• An unknown male was seen entering someone else’s vehicle in the 5100 block of Navarre Ave. on Feb. 28 until a witness ran out and told him to leave.
• An unknown suspect damaged a vehicle in the 3200 block of Wick Dr. on Feb. 26 in an attempt to steal the stereo.
• A 2004 Chevy Impala was reported missing from the Dunn Chevy Olds car lot, 3000 Dustin Rd., on Feb. 17.
• An unknown suspect kicked in the door of R and S Construction, 1824 Oakdale Ave. in an attempt to enter, on March 1.
• A TV, X-Box, games and laptops were stolen by an unknown suspect through an unlocked window of an apartment in the 3000 block of Navarre Ave. on Feb. 25.
• Unknown suspects attempted to steal a truck from Woodville Rental, 2160 Woodville Road, on March 2.
• An unknown suspect took someone’s wallet that contained various credit cards and personal papers from the 400 block of S. Wheeling St.
• The front license plate on a vehicle in the 3300 block of York St. was either lost or stolen on Feb. 20.
• Unknown suspects removed all the copper from two HV/AC units on top of buildings at 3555 Navarre Ave. owned by Zahle Realty.
