Lake Twp. – Three juvenile males were charged with various offenses Jan. 1 after a resident at the Eastpointe subdivision reported a disturbance in a laundry room.  A 15-year-old was charged with theft, a 17-year-old was charged with complicity to theft and criminal trespassing, and a 16-year-old was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, complicity to theft, and criminal trespassing. All are residents of the complex.

• Police charged a Clay Center man Jan. 4 with tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. James O’Bryan, 19, was charged after police received a call of an unconscious female at a Hanely Road motel. A warrant was issued for Desiree M. Hlavin, 20, Columbus, on charges of promoting drug abuse and possession of drug abuse instruments.

• A Georgia company Jan. 1 reported a tractor-trailer as stolen. A warrant has been issued for the man who reportedly drove it to the Petro Truckstop.

• A front window of an Emily Drive residence was damaged Jan. 1, police said.

• A resident of the 3000 block of Lakepointe Drive Jan. 3  reported the theft of a video game.
