Lake Twp. – A Bristol, Indiana man on Nov. 7 reported someone used his credit card number to make unauthorized purchases. The man was staying at the Super 8 Motel at the time and told police he thought an acquaintance used the card number.
-A resident of Harriet Street reported on Nov. 8 that someone removed her ATM card and used it to make unauthorized withdrawals from her account.
-About 100 gallons of diesel fuel were reported siphoned Nov. 10 from a truck parked at the Flying J Truckstop.
-A 1994 Chevrolet red truck was reported stolen from a residence at 1005 Woodville Road.
-Amanda L. Elvey, 24, Lemoyne Road, was charged Nov. 7 with disorderly conduct for not turning down the volume of her car stereo after being told to do so by the police officer.
-Kenneth M. Hill, 44, Alabama, was charged Nov. 6 with soliciting an undercover police officer at the Petro Truckstop.
-James P. Duncan, 34, was charged Nov. 10 with burglary of a residence in the 1000 block of Pemberville Road. Police said Duncan and the resident know each other.
