Republican Women’s banquet
The public is invited to attend the Sandusky County Republican Women’s Fall Banquet Oct. 13 at Ole Zim’s Wagon Shed, 1387 N. SR 590, Gibsonburg.

Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. Dinner will follow at 6:30 p.m. Kay Ayers, vice chairman of the Ohio Republican Party will be the featured speaker.

The cost is $30 per person. Reservations are required and may be made by sending a check, made payable to the Sandusky County Republican Women, to Bonnie Whisler, Treasurer, 509 Lime St., Fremont, OH 43420 by Oct. 7.

Reunion planned
Clay High School class of 1986 will hold a 25th Class Reunion with activities Oct. 28 and 29.

On Friday night, the alumni will attend the football game and then meet at Luckies on Navarre Avenue in Oregon after the game.  On Saturday, a reunion gathering will be held at Maumee Bay Lodge from 6 p.m. to midnight (dinner from 7 to 8 p.m.).
