The Ottawa County Health Department has announced the clinic schedule for the week of June 14-18. Unless otherwise noted, all clinics are held at the health department offices, located at 1856 E. Perry St., Port Clinton. Appointments may be made by calling 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 1-800-788-8803.

June 14 – Immunization Clinic (including H1N1), 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

June 15 – Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.

June 16 – Immunization Clinic (including H1N1), 2-6:30 p.m.

June 17– No clinics.

June 18 – No clinics.
