The Ottawa County Health Department has announced the clinic schedule for the week of Jan. 18-22. Unless otherwise noted, all clinics are held at the health department offices, located at 1856 E. Perry St., Port Clinton. Appointments may be made by calling 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 1-800-788-8803.
Jan. 18 – Holiday – no clinics.

Jan. 19 – Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.; H1N1 Clinics (call for appointment), 8-9:15 a.m.

Jan. 20 – Family Planning Clinic, 9:45-11:45 a.m.; Immunization Clinic, 2-6 p.m.

Jan. 21 – Well Child, STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) and Family Planning Clinic, 8 a.m.-noon.

Jan. 22 – Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clnic, 7:45 a.m.-noon.
