The Ottawa County Health Department has announced the clinic schedule for the week of Nov. 2-6. Unless otherwise noted, all clinics are held at the health department offices, located at 1856 E. Perry St., Port Clinton. Appointments may be made by calling 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 1-800-788-8803.

Nov. 2 – Immunization Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Nov. 3 – Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.; Immunization Clinic – Oak Harbor, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Nov. 4 –Family Planning Clinic, 12:45 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Nov. 5 – Well Child, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and Family Planning Clinic, 8 a.m.-noon.

Nov. 6 – No clinics.
