The Ottawa County Health Department has announced the clinic schedule for the week of Oct. 19-23. Unless otherwise noted, all clinics are held at the health department offices, located at 1856 E. Perry St., Port Clinton. Appointments may be made by calling 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 1-800-788-8803.

Oct. 19 – Immunization Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Oct. 20 – Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.

Oct. 21 – Immunization Clinic, 2-6 p.m.; Family Planning Clinic, 9:45-11:45 a.m.

Oct. 22 – Well Child, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and Family Planning Clinic, 8 a.m.-noon.

Oct. 23 – Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-noon.
