The Ottawa County Health Department’s clinic schedule for the week of May 4-8 is as follows:

May 4: Immunization Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Clinic, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

May 5: WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.; Immunization Clinic – Oak Harbor, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

May 6: Family Planning Clinic, 12:45-4:30 p.m.

May 7: Well Child, STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) and Family Planning Clinic, 8 a.m.-noon.

May 8: No clinics.

Unless otherwise noted, all clinics are held at the Ottawa County Health Department, with appointments available by calling 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 1-800-788-8803.
