TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) welcomes new members who want to lose weight. Block Watch 410-M (formerly 422-A) East Toledo/Raymer School area, meetings are held at the Memorial United Church of Christ, 301 Starr Ave. at Plymouth Street on the second Thursday of each month from 6-7 p.m., with the exception of the Annual Open House, which will be held from 1-4 p.m. June 19 at Burnett Park (Starr Park), corner of Greenwood Avenue and Spring Grove.
