Seminar welcomes Larry Croy
A highly-accomplished food entrepreneur based in northwest Ohio will share the secrets to his success at an upcoming food business seminar hosted by the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) and the Agricultural Incubator Foundation.
Larry Croy, president, LarMar Foods, and creator of Garlic Expressions salad dressing, will share his experience from starting as a small entrepreneur to owning a large production facility during the seminar, “Create a Successful Food Business,” Nov. 2 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the AIF, located at 13737 Middleton Pike (SR 582) in Bowling Green.
Barb McLaughlin, LarMar’s marketing and sales director since 1997, will join Croy and discuss details about marketing a food product.
The cost is $25 per person or $40 for two attendees, payable by cash or check at the door. Light refreshments will be served. The seminar is open to anyone, but the discussion may be of particular interest to aspiring entrepreneurs and those who are producing a product to sell at markets and/or other retail establishments.
