The Lucas Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its annual meeting Oct. 28 at the Springfield Township Hall, 7617 Angola Rd., Holland.

Guest speaker Dale Arnold, Director of Energy Service for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation will discuss current development trends, opportunities and potential dilemmas. In addition, two supervisors will be elected, and the 2010 Cooperator of the Year award will be presented.
