The Erie and Ottawa Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD) will host the 3rd Annual North Central Ohio Wildlife Management Conference Jan. 31 at the EHOVE Career Center, near historic Milan.

The conference offers a helpful networking opportunity for resource professionals and private landowners to learn and share information.

Keynote speakers will include Ed Spinazzola, a Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) founder and member, who will discuss Food Plot Basics to Cutting-Edge Site Layouts.

In addition, staff from Zink Calls, based in Port Clinton, will conduct “Waterfowl University.” A number of breakout sessions will also be offered.

The $20 registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and a choice of breakout sessions. Attendance is limited. Registration is required by Jan. 23. Payments must be submitted to the Erie Soil and Water Conservation District, 2900 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, OH, 44824. Call Joe Uhinck at 419-898-1595 for more information.
