Switching to blogging An e-mail newsletter from Eastwood school superintendent Brent Welker to district residents may be coming to a close.
Welker has informed readers he is considering switching to a blog format.
“We are experimenting with a blog that will be updated on a weekly basis and will catalogue all updates and keep them in one location,“ he writes in last week’s newsletter. “This will make it easier for people to refer back to them if they have questions. It will also then be accessible to people outside of the e-mail list through a main page. We will see how it goes. If it does not work out we will reconsider this. I also need to make sure that charts and graphs we post through these notes will appear in an appealing format. When I update the blog, I will send out an e-mail notifying everyone and include a link. We are still a couple of weeks away from this however.”
