The Woodville Township zoning commission has scheduled a meeting for Aug. 10 at 7 p.m. to discuss a proposal to include a limited industrial planned unit development district (LIPUD) into the township’s zoning resolution.
The meeting will held at the township fire station, 321, E. Main Street.
LIPUDs are authorized by state law. Township trustees say a planned district will make locating a desirable site for industrial use more convenient and will promote more efficient land use.
The public may view the LIPUD documents at the Woodville Public Library, 101 E. Main Street, Woodville.
Public comment on the LIPUD will be accepted at the meeting. Written comments should be sent to the trustees at: Woodville Township, P.O. Box 121, Woodville, O. 43469.
