Lake Twp. –Michael D. Lawson, Jr., 35, Port Clinton, was charged Oct. 9 with theft after a flatbed trailer that had been reported stolen was recovered.
• Nicholas Hendel, 25, Perrysburg, and Nathan R. Kovacs, 25, Toledo, were charged Oct. 10 with unlawfully discharging a firearm.  The two were arrested after allegedly shooting at a can in the 5000 block of Woodville Road.
•Three chainsaws and a tool box were reported stolen Oct. 8 from a van parked in the 30000 block of East Broadway.
• A drive-off theft of $25 worth of gasoline was reported Oct. 8 by the Flying J Truckstop.
