David Bailey has been named Vice President – Chief Compliance and Security Officer at GenoaBank.

Bailey will work at the Genoa office and be responsible for overseeing the bank’s compliance and security departments.

He is a Marion, Ohio resident and a graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has received diplomas in Commercial Lending I, Advanced Commercial Lending, Compliance and Security from the Ohio Bankers Association School of Banking.
