Lake Twp. – A resident of the 1300 block of Millbury Road on Sept. 17 reported someone had strewn toilet paper in his yard.

• An Illinois man reported the theft of $140 in cash and two credit cards from his vehicle while parked at the Pilot Truckstop.

•A resident of South Street in Millbury on Sept. 14 reported damage to basement windows.

• Lakewood Automotive, Walbridge Road, on Sept. 20 reported the theft of $50,000 worth of scrap metal.

• Mark Leabo, 54, Illinois, was charged Sept. 20 with criminal trespassing. Police said he was hiding on CSX property.
