Lake Twp. – Police charged Ryan Rieger, 19, Sylvania, with drug trafficking, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia Sept. 2 after being called to Owens Lake apartment complex.

• Police received several calls of trucks being broken into at area truckstops: A driver reported the theft Sept.  4 of a CB radio, TV, and Playstation while his truck was parked at the Petro Truckstop; A driver reported the theft of a CB radio Sept. 5 from his truck while parked at the Flying J Truckstop.; A driver reported the theft of a CB radio and flat screen TV Sept. 5 while parked at the Travel Centers of America, and a driver reported the theft of a CB radio and GPS unit Sept. 5 while parked at the Petro Truckstop.

• Michael Popler, 28, Detroit, was charged Sept. 6 with possession of drugs after a traffic stop.

• Police arrested Joseph Bain, 23, Walbridge, Sept. 5 on a warrant issued by Northwood police for driving under the influence.
