Lake Twp. – David Hatas, 56, Pemberville, was charged Nov. 21 with failure to comply with an officer’s order, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence after a traffic stop near the intersection of State Route 795 and Fostoria Road.
• David W. Lombardo, 36, Oregon, was charged Nov. 21 with domestic violence and disrupting public service.
• Robert R. Bortles, 42, Millbury, was charged Nov. 21 with obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
• A heater valued at $400 was reported stolen Nov. 19 from a residence in the 3000 block of East Broadway.
