Lake Twp. – Joseph E. Phillips, 30, Northwood, was charged Sept. 1 with receiving stolen property after police found a trailer that had been reported stolen at his residence.
•The Pilot service station Aug. 29 reported a drive-off theft of $48 worth of fuel.
