Lake Twp. – Franklin J. Holmes, 32, Toledo, was charged April 24 with theft and possession of drug instruments after allegedly trying to take food from the Petro Truckstop.
• Ross A. Owens, 25, Walbridge, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct after an incident at the Owens Lake apartment complex.
• Kurt Pryka, 24, Walbridge, was charged April 26 with obstructing official business, criminal trespassing, and contributing to the unruliness of a child and three juveniles were charged with criminal trespassing and obstructing official business. According to police, Pryka and the youths were trespassing at a private construction yard in the 5000 block of Woodville Road, according to police, who said they were playing paintball.
• A resident of the Woodlake trailer park on April 25 told police someone had slashed the tire of her vehicle parked in the driveway.
•A resident of the 29000 block of East Broadway on April 26 told police someone hit his vehicle with a rock while parked in his driveway.
• William M. Winston 52, Toledo, was charged April 28 with littering after police were able to trace a pile of rubbage found along Collins Road back to him.
