Oregon
First St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Rummage Sale May 12, 13 and 14 in the Educational Building located behind the church at 112 Grasser St., off Pickle Road. Doors open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday (Last Day Bag Sale). Lunch and baked goods available. Raffles and drawings will be held Saturday at noon.

3rd Annual Safe in the Shade Walk/Run for Melanoma will be held May 21 at 9 a.m. at Maumee Bay State Park, 1750 Park Rd., Register the day of the event 8-8:30 a.m. or Call Eleanor Riffle at 419-836-8117. Registration fee is $20 or $25 the day of the event.

Genoa Senior Center, 514 Main St., serves lunch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 a.m. On Mondays and Wednesdays, the group plays cards at 12:30 p.m. Blood sugar checks are offered on the third Wednesday of the month. Saturday Hours added at Trinity Thrift Shop, 105 4th St. The Thrift Shop is now open Fridays from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Clothes and small household items are available at reasonable prices. Proceeds benefit mission projects.

Gibsonburg
Active Seniors are invited to Meet and Eat at the Gibsonburg Senior Center, 100 Meadow Lane. Nutritional lunches every weekday, educational and social programs, health assessments and more.
