Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Chad M. Saunders, son of Glenn Saunders, of Oregon, recently completed the Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit course with Nuclear Power Training Unit, Ballston Spa, N. Y.

Saunders, a 2006 graduate of Clay High School, joined the Navy in April 2008.

Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Troy A. Sandwisch, son of Laura and Joel Sandwisch of Elmore, recently completed the Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit course with Nuclear Power Training Unit, Ballston Spa, N. Y.

Sandwisch, a 2008 graduate of Woodmore High School, joined the Navy in August 2008.

Air National Guard Airman Patrick G. Cowan graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Cowan, the son of Shelly Critchley, of Oregon, is a 2005 graduate of Clay High School.
