Francis L. Marlow-Mominee age 84 of Oregon passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. Frank served in the U.S. Army and worked as an Ironworker with Local 55 for 50+ years. He was in a country music band where he sang and played guitar.
